I have stopped selling to Germany. How do I end my LUCID registration?

Only if you are no longer a producer, it cannot be reversed, and you do it yourself in LUCID. Your dual-system contract is separate.

Quick answer

Only when you are no longer a producer, and you do it yourself. ZSVR says a registration may be terminated only if your company no longer has producer obligations; once terminated it cannot be reactivated. You terminate it in LUCID under Master data › Edit › Terminate registration; a written notice to ZSVR is “neither required nor legally valid”. Your dual-system contract is separate and ends with the system operator. If you have a representative, end that appointment in LUCID first.
