We collect only what you send us by email, in the chat or through the forms on this site, and we use it only to answer you. Statistics are first-party and store no IP addresses. We never sell your data. Visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day and cannot be reversed, so no one can be followed from one day to the next.
Advertising: only if you click Accept in the bar at the bottom of the page, we load the OpenAI Ads pixel (OpenAI OpCo, LLC) and the Google tag (Google Ireland Limited). They set cookies, for Google the _gcl_au cookie, and send page views, form submissions, checkout starts and completed orders (to OpenAI with your email address, hashed) so we can measure our ads in ChatGPT and on Google. Google may transfer this data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent nothing is loaded. Your choice is kept in your browser and, for 6 months, in an epr_ads cookie that our client portal can read. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG); you can withdraw it at any time.
Meta ads
We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you click Accept all, the Meta Pixel (1111429028195606) loads and Meta sets advertising cookies such as _fbp to measure which ads lead to visits, enquiries and purchases. Meta Platforms Ireland is a joint controller with us for this collection, and data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you reject, nothing from Meta loads. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). If you accepted and then buy, our server also sends Meta the pages you view, the start of a checkout, your enquiry and the order value, together with your IP address and browser details (which we do not store), Meta's cookies, a random visitor ID and hashed copies of your email address, phone number, name, city, postcode and country, so that each ad is measured correctly and each event is counted once. Lead forms: if you send us a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us what you entered (name, email, company and your answers) so we can reply to your enquiry. Meta also counts the submission to measure its ads. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
When you write to us in the chat on this site or by email, your messages, name, email address and the browser, language and page you wrote from are kept in our support system, Chatwoot, which we run on our own server at OVH in Canada (a country the European Commission recognises as offering adequate protection). The chat is answered by an AI assistant. Email replies are drafted by the same AI, and a person reads and approves every reply before it is sent. For this, the text of your message is sent to OpenRouter (United States), which passes it to the AI model. Emails are received and sent through Resend (United States). Conversations are deleted 3 years after the last message. Legal basis: answering your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
