Yes. OTTO Market asks for your LUCID registration number when you onboard as a partner. As on every marketplace, the number only shows you are registered: you also license your packaging with a dual system, and if your company has no establishment in Germany, since 12 August 2026 you need a German authorised representative under § 5(2) VerpackDG.
