Quick answer

No. ZSVR states that it “does not publish a list of authorised representatives registered with the LUCID Packaging Register”, and that choosing a suitable provider is your responsibility. To compare, check three things for any provider: which German entity signs the mandate and where it is established, whether it already holds a representative login in LUCID, and whether the mandate is a written contract in German. Our provider-prices dataset lists the providers that publish a price, with sources.
