By email, and in the public register the next day. ZSVR says you receive an email as soon as your authorised representative confirms the appointment in LUCID, and the representative is listed in your entry in the public register of producers the following day. Your LUCID dashboard shows the current status under the “Authorised representative” tile. Until it is confirmed, the representative cannot file reports for you. Sources (2)
