Why the calendar year

Dual-system licences and LUCID volume reports are per calendar year. A representative appointed in October still reports the whole year's packaging, so the work is the same as for a January start.

Invoices

Every payment produces an invoice and a receipt, which clients can download in the portal under Billing.
