LUCID itself is free. ZSVR states that all activities in the LUCID register, including submitting data reports, are free of charge. The costs sit outside it. First, the dual-system licence, a private contract with a system operator priced mainly by material type and weight. Second, if your company has no establishment in Germany, a German authorised representative. ZSVR may not comment on system fees, for antitrust reasons, so compare published prices yourself.
