Our company is moving its registered office out of Germany. What changes in LUCID?

You must name a German authorised representative, or LUCID will not accept the change of address.

Quick answer

You will need a German authorised representative, and LUCID enforces it. ZSVR says that if you change the registered office in your master data from Germany to another country, you must file the details of your authorised representative; if you do not, you will not be able to complete the change. So sign a written mandate in German with a representative first, then update the address and select them.
